Dreams Into Action

What would you do
if you knew you could not fail?

Dreams Into Action is my results-oriented professional coaching service that allows you to define how you REALLY want to live your life and to make that vision or dream a reality.  The coaching can be done in person or by phone, so distance does not matter.  Coaching by phone is quite successful.  Coaching will help you move towards experiencing a foundation of happiness and contentment in your everyday life.

Professional coaching helps you define and manifest where you want to go in your life.  It is a support structure that moves you through the challenges and setbacks to your goals and keeps the momentum going.

Review the questions below and take some quiet time for a few minutes to consider the answers from your personal vantage point.

  • What would you do if you knew you could not fail?

  • What are three things you would have in your life if there were no limitations?

  • Do you want to change your life style but don't really have a clear idea of what changes you want to make?

  • Isn't it time you finally felt less frustrated and moved ahead with some more of the things you really want to do?

Do your answers reflect that there is a possibility to shift your life to a more positive place?  If so, having your own personal coach may be the way to start making significant and lasting changes in your life.

How does coaching work?

Coaching can be done in person or by phone.  Sessions take place weekly or biweekly and are 45 minutes in length . A mini action plan results at the end of each session for action by the client and is the starting point of the next session.  In order for coaching to be successful, clients are encouraged to make a minimum three-month commitment.

How can coaching help me?

Coaching can help you to:

discover and make the best use of your personal resources
connect with your strengths and allow you to have your shortcomings without them draining your energy
clarify what is important to YOU in YOUR life and move you towards that vision
transform the emotional blocks that may stand in your way (e.g., that voice that says, "I can't do it.")
create momentum and keep you motivated so that you will create the results you want in your life

What do you charge?

I charge $300 per month. This includes follow up e-mails, resources sent to you and check-ins when necessary. Do NOT undervalue this investment in yourself. Many people have been able to find ways to increase their income in the first month of coaching that covers the coaching costs and then some. And what price can you put on happiness? What if you really started achieving your longings? What if you were able to give yourself permission to connect to your longings and make them happen? What would that be worth? Imagine the possibilities!
